We to
realize a Ukrainian dream – wealthy people in the European
civilization. We are
for introducing a new foundation to the budget and tax legislations,
according
to which budget incomes (taxes and other revenues) stay at the disposal
of the institutions
of local governing, giving a certain amount of revenues to the
governmental
needs (the principal of forming the budget from the “bottom”). This
will
guarantee the economic growth, the balanced development of the society,
right
and effective lawful, economic and social conditions for workers,
accessible
education, the realization of the human right for secured life and
environment,
effective health protection and high superannuation allowance. This is
the
formula of social justice we press for.
Born on the 7th of January 1965
in the city of Zaporizhya.
The citizen of Ukraine.
In 1982
graduated from the school #1 of Zaporizhya with honors. After school
passed
into the faculty of law at Kyiv national university after Taras
Shevchenko,
completed with honors – legal expert.
Began her
labor activity as a legal counsel of an enterprise. At the same time
entered
the post-graduate course at State and law institute after V. Koretsky
of the Academy of Sciences
of Ukraine
to the international law and comparative analysis department. From year
1989
worked as a junior research assistant at the Ukrainian research
institute of
agricultural radiology. From 1992 to
1993 worked as a leading expert at the international law department of
State
and law institute after Koretsky. In 1993 was elected to the post of
the
president of “Interagro” business-like cooperation association. In 1997
was
recognized as “The businesswoman of Ukraine of 1997”. In March of
1998 was elected to the
parliament of Ukraine
in the electoral district #100 (Kirovohradsky region). In the Supreme
Council
of Ukraine took up a post of the chairman of the Budget revenues
subcommittee
of the Budget committee. Was a member of the faction of The People’s
Democratic
Party and its authorized representative.
In 2002 was
elected to the Parliament of Ukraine for the second time (“For Unified
Ukraine”
Bloc). Occupied a post of the vice-chairman of the Budget Committee.
From
September 2005 was the acting chairman of the Budget committee.
Rewarded with
the diploma of the Verhovna Rada of Ukraine and the one of the Cabinet
of
Ministers of Ukraine, has the honors of The orthodox church of Ukraine
and of
The state Treasury “For patronage revival” of the second grade, “The
leader of
people’s trust of 2002”.
The
president of the Ukrainian peace fund, vice speaker of “The civil
Parliament of
women of Ukraine”
and the president of the Figure-skating Federation of Ukraine.Has the honorary title of “Honored economist of Ukraine” (2006). The head of the People’s Democratic Party.
Husband –
Suprun Mykola Oleksiyovich, daughters – Tetyana (1986), Vladislava
(2001).
Now lives
in Kyiv.
